Abraham JAMES

Fetched Joseph Wilkinson from his house by force on Monday night about half past 10 (June 9th) [Wilkinson]

Went on Monday night with Joseph Turner, William Turner & several others to an old building in Garner Lane near Wingfield where arms were deposited & joined the insurgents in the route. [Joseph Turner]

Joseph JAMES

He and Daniel Massey came together from Wingfield on Monday night  June 9th & went to a bridge near Pentrich mill where they met with Mr. Hepworth who took Massey into custody. [Daniel Massey account of himself]

Samuel JAMES

Fetched Joseph Wilkinson from his house by force on Monday night about half past 10 (June 9th). [Wilkinson]

Was with the party at Pentrich Lane End on Monday night. [James Hill]

Nathaniel JENNINGS

Was apprehended by James Adams a Private, 15th Hussars on Tuesday morning near Eastwood. [James Adams] [Jennings confession]

Was with the insurgents in their march from Butterley for Codnor, Kimberley &c & had a fork which Thomas Hardy persuaded him to throw away. [Thomas Hardy]

Was apprehended at Eastwood on Friday morning by the Military. [Richard Sawyer]

Alexander JOHNSON of Pentrich: FWK/ Labourer

Collected money to defray Thomas Bacons expenses to London & Back. [A. Booth]

Was a member of the Hampden club. [Alex Johnson]

Told A. Booth that he had had a pike from Sampson Fletcher of Pentrich, Blacksmith. [A. Booth]
