There was found upon Anthony Elliott by the prison keeper on his commitment… 2 gun locks, screws & a clay ball. [Edward Robinson]

Applied to George Elliott  to go a revolutioning on Monday 9th June. [George Elliott]

George Bacon had conversation with him about the revolution on Monday evening June 9th & slept with him that night. [George Bacon]

Thomas ELLIOTT of Swanwick

Came into Henry Hanburys house at Swanwick with a pike in his hand which he pointed in a threatening manner towards the persons in the house & swore that he would skewer them if they did not come out that minute. [Geo. Elliott]

Said to James Cartledge of Swanwick - “We have shot one man & we will shoot more if they do not go” & forced him to get up & join them. [James Cartledge]

Cast a great many bullets. [W. Bryan]
